Brancato's Heating & Cooling has served Maine and Cumberland County since 2007. Our company was created based on four fundamentals: providing our customers with honesty, dependability, quality workmanship and communicating with full transparency.
We install and provide repair and preventative maintenance services on all major manufacturers of boilers, furnaces, central air conditioners, mini-split heat pumps, on-demand hot water heaters, heat pump water heaters, electric water heaters, direct vent gas space heaters as well as installation of above/below ground propane tanks and whole home generators.

On new installations, we provide Free Estimates
When you contact us for your free estimate regarding a new system, you may hear us ask you...

- what kind of fuel feeds your current system?
- do you have a boiler with water baseboard or a furnace with forced hot air?
- might you want to add an air conditioning option to your home?
Once all the details of your new system have been discussed, the Office Coordinator will record your personal information and get you on the schedule to meet one of our educated technicians/estimators.
After the initial meeting has taken place in your home, you will receive an estimate within 3-5 business days. After receiving the estimate... if all is right...all you must do is accept the estimate to get the ball rolling.
